General Description
The newly designed 6-inch heavy-duty dredge is a portable and cost-effective piece of equipment. It can be easily disassembled into smaller components that can be manually transported by two people. The dredge's PE floating bodies help reduce its overall weight while increasing its load capacity. Workers can operate and rest on the floating platform, which is also modular for quick assembly.
The powerful and fuel-efficient VANGUARD 23hp engine allows for greater suction capabilities, enabling depths of up to 18 meters. Alternatively, the larger 23 hp engines can provide even more suction power. The K263 Oil-free air compressor, which is imported from the USA, can provide fresh air for two divers to work underwater.
The dredge's sluice box is positioned at the surface of the water to minimize water lift and increase suction power. A winch leveling system ensures precise tilt and sluice box adjustment. Additionally, the dredge features a new recovery mat design that is highly effective at recovering gold in any form. The mat only needs to be cleaned once a day. To reduce the occurrence of rock jams, the suction system is equipped with an oversized power jet and double jet nozzle system.

7. Sluice box dimension is 0.56m wide and up to 3.6m in length. All frames have been reinforced for a more stable working platform.
