General Description
The newly developed heavy-duty dredge boasts a 6-inch size, making it an ideal option for those seeking portability and cost-effectiveness. With a modular design, the dredge can be quickly and easily disassembled into smaller components that can be manually transported by two people. Its PE floating bodies also help to reduce its overall weight while increasing load capacity, and the floating platform provides a comfortable work environment for operators.
Equipped with a powerful and fuel-efficient VANGUARD 23hp engine, the dredge has great suction capabilities that can reach depths of up to 18 meters. For even greater suction power, larger 23 hp engines are also available. The K263 Oil-free air compressor, imported from the USA, can provide fresh air for two divers to work underwater.
To maximize suction power and reduce water lift, the dredge's sluice box is set at the surface of the water. A winch leveling system enables precise tilt and adjustment of the sluice box. Additionally, the dredge features a newly designed recovery mat that can effectively recover gold in any form. The mat only requires cleaning once a day, and the suction system is equipped with an oversized power jet and double jet nozzle system to prevent rock jams.
