Gold Mining Trommel for Sand Gravel Trommel Screen

General Description

The model RL-TGM1800 with trommel diameter 1800mm is designed for alluvial gold mining. It allows bigger-sized aggregate to pass through the trommel owing to the no-shaft design. The feeding hopper and trommel are both incoporated with high pressure water spouts/sprinklers for thoroughly washing. Moreover, the side sluice boxes equipped with rubber mats are included for capturing gold. The built-in mesh inside the trommel is replaceable for maintenance. This mobile equipment sits on the sled-typed chassis that can be hauled.

Raw materials will be loaded to the hopper by excavator or loader.Water flushing system is installed in the hopper so as to make raw material flow evenly into trommel screen for classification. Inside the trommel screen are two high pressure water spraying pipe for separation. Materials under 6mm and water will flow into sluices at both sides.Gravels will be removed from the conveyor belt at the end of trommel screen.

At the end of the processing work every day, just take the rubber mat out and wash it then heavy metal with little sand will be got.
