The hull adopts an assembled box structure and is equipped with a bridge lifting device, a five-anchor positioning chain bucket device, a screening device, a gravity sorting device, a tail transport equipment, etc. The chain bucket is driven by an electric motor reducer, and the generator set provides all the electricity, lighting, etc. on the ship. The front winch and the bridge winch are driven by a reducer.

This type of chain bucket gold mining ship consists of two parts. The first part is the sand and mud dredging system. The system uses a square bucket to shovel sand, mud, and gravel. The drum classifier first separates the gravel, and then the iron chain in the drum is used to break the clay to make it easier to separate the gold ore.

The gold ore sorting system can be customized according to the size and shape of the customer's gold ore. We usually recommend using a jig (for block gold), a pulsating sluice, and a centrifugal concentrator to separate fine particles of gold or flower gold.

After separating the gold, the gravel and sand can be transported by a conveyor belt, and the sand can also be transported by a pump.
